Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Solar Verify (part of the Solar bot for the Solar Fishing Discord server) collects when you verify with your Roblox account, and what it does with it.
What we collect
- From Discord: your Discord user ID, so we know who to give roles to.
- From Roblox (only after you log in and allow it): your Roblox user ID and username (the
openidandprofilepermissions). - From Roblox's public group list: whether your Roblox account is in the WobleWorks group.
We never see your Roblox password. We do not ask for or receive your email, payment details, or anything else.
How we use it
- To give you the Verified role, and the Members role if you're in the WobleWorks group.
- To send you a Discord DM with your result (and the group link if you aren't in the group yet).
The Roblox login token is used once to read your user ID and username, and is then revoked straight away. It is not stored.
What we keep
We keep one record per verified member: Discord user ID, Roblox user ID, Roblox username, whether you were in the group, and when you last verified. It is stored in the Solar server's database (Cloudflare) and is only visible to the Solar Fishing server owner. We do not sell, rent or share it with anyone.
Deleting your data
Open a ticket in the Solar Fishing Discord server and ask for your verification record to be deleted. We'll remove it and the Verified/Members roles that came from it.
Children
Solar Verify follows the age rules of Discord and Roblox. We only collect the minimum listed above.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes and the new version is posted on this page.
